Abstract:
A bearing device is provided which has a longer service life than that of conventional bearing devices. This bearing device is provided with an angular ball bearing (11), and a supply unit which supplies lubricating oil into a space between an outer race (13) and an inner race (14) of the angular ball bearing (11). In the outer race (13), a recess (17) is formed which extends at least in the axial direction of the angular ball bearing. One end (17A) of the recess (17) in the axial direction faces the aforementioned space, more specifically, the space in said space that is disposed to the outer race (13) with respect to the outer diameter surface of a cage (16). The other end (17B) of the recess (17) in the axial direction is positioned to the outside of the one end (17A) in the axial direction of the bearing (11). The aforementioned supply unit is provided so as to be able to supply lubricating oil through the recess (17) to the aforementioned space.
