Abstract:
A bearing mechanism for sliding plug door includes a bearing guide rail (1), a bearing wheel (2), a guide slideway (3), a bearing carrier (4), a door-carrying support (5), an upper connecting shaft (6), a lower connecting shaft (7), an upper hinge base (8), a lower hinge base (9) and a guide wheel (10). The bearing carrier, the upper connecting shaft, the upper hinge base and the door-carrying support are connected in sequence to form a turning joint. The door-carrying support, the lower connecting shaft, the lower hinge base and the door leaf (12) are connected in sequence to form another turning joint. The bearing wheel and the bearing guide rail are connected to form a moving joint. The guide slideway and the guide wheel are connected to form another moving joint along a predetermined track. The bearing carrier performs translational motion in X axial direction along the bearing guide rail while the door-carrying support drives the door leaf to rotate around the X axis of the bearing carrier, the door-carrying support performs linear motion along the bearing guide rail and rotates around the X axis of the bearing carrier, and the door-carrying support drives the door leaf to move in Y axis direction of the door leaf depending upon the track of the guide slideway. The translational motion and the rotational motion are integrated to a set of bearing guide mechanism, so the bearing mechanism has compact structure, high reliability, low requirement in machining precision of parts, good performance and low manufacturing cost.
