Abstract:
A bearing radial-clearance measurement mechanism, comprising: a measurement table (1), a longitudinal positioning frame (2) being fixedly connected to the front of an upper surface of the measurement table (1); inner-ring expansion supports (3), two inner-ring expansion supports (3) being provided and both being slidably connected to the longitudinal positioning frame (2); a dial indicator (4), the dial indicator (4) being arranged on the measurement table (1); and outer-ring holders (5), two outer-ring holders (5) being provided and respectively slidably connected to the left and the right side of the upper surface of the measurement table (1). The bearing radial-clearance measurement mechanism positions bearings having different inner diameters, can ensure that the axis of an inner ring of a bearing is kept consistent, and can ensure that a reciprocating pushing direction of an outer ring of the bearing is perpendicular to a measurement pointer of the dial indicator, thereby effectively improving the measurement accuracy and efficiency, and expanding the range of application.
