Abstract:
This bearing ring is made of steel and comprises: an inner circumferential surface; and an outer circumferential surface that is the reverse surface of the bearing ring from the inner circumferential surface in the radial direction. One of the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface is a fitted surface to be loosely fitted into a housing or a shaft. A residual compressive stress acts on the fitted surface.
