Abstract:

Provided is a bearing sealing device with which mutual interference due to a seal lip or the like does not occur when a plurality of the bearing sealing devices are stacked together in the axial direction, and with which the fitting precision with respect to the outer ring of a core bar is maintained, and the degree of freedom in the design is ensured. This sealing bearing device (8) is equipped with: a core bar (9), which has a cylindrical part (9a) that mates with an inner-diameter part (2b) of an outer ring (2) of a bearing device (1), an outside flange part (9b) extending in the outer-diameter direction from one end (9aa) of the cylindrical part (9a) on the opposite side from a bearing space (S), and an inside flange part (9d) extending in the inner-diameter direction from the other end (9ab) of the cylindrical part (9a) on the bearing space (S) side; and a seal lip member (10), which is made from an elastic body and is affixed to the core bar (9), and includes an axial lip (14) extending from the inside flange part (9d) toward the side opposite the bearing space (S). This sealing bearing device is characterized in that the inside flange part (9d) of the core bar (9) extends so as to curve from the other end part (9ab) of the cylindrical part (9a) toward the inner-diameter side via a curved part (9c), and in that a protruding part (15) made from an elastic body and extending toward the bearing space (S) is provided on the curved part (9c), and in that when a plurality of the bearing sealing devices (8) are stacked together concentrically in the axial direction, the protruding part (15) functions so as to make contact with the adjacent bearing sealing device (8), with no mutual contact between the bearing sealing device (8) and the adjacent bearing sealing device (8) other than at the contact region (11d) on the adjacent bearing sealing device (8).
