Abstract:
A bearing structure is provided with: a bearing housing 2 in which a bearing hole 2b is formed; a body section 7a which is provided in the bearing hole 2b and through which a shaft 8 is inserted; a damper section 7j formed on the outer peripheral surface 7e of the body section 7a; a radial bearing surface 7c provided on the inner peripheral surface 7b of the body section 7a; a thrust bearing surface 7h provided on one axial end surface of the shaft 8; and a communication hole 22 having one end 22a open either to the gap Sc between the outer peripheral surface 7e of the body section 7a and the inner peripheral surface 2e of the bearing hole 2b or to the damper section 7j, the communication hole 22 also having the other end 22b open to the thrust bearing surface 7h, the radial bearing surface 7c, or a position between the thrust bearing surface 7h and the radial bearing surface 7c.
