Abstract:
A rolling bearing of a bearing with a rotation sensor is positioned using a stationary member wherein a positioning through-hole is formed in a thin plate in the thickness direction of the thin plate, and a rotation of the outer ring of the rolling bearing is easily stopped. The bearing is provided with a stationary member (7) wherein a through-hole (7a) is formed in a thin plate in the thickness direction of the thin plate, so that an inner diameter portion (7b) which can position an outer diameter portion (4d) of an outer ring (4) in the radial direction is formed; and a retaining ring (8) fitted in a circular groove (4a) of the outer ring (4). A rotation stopper (7c, 22) placed in a split portion of the retaining ring (8) or a sensor case (5) is formed in the stationary member (7) while a rolling bearing (1) is incorporated between the inner diameter portion (7b) and a rotary shaft (9), so that the rotation stopper (7c) is engaged with an end portion (8a, 15d) in the rotational direction, i.e., an end portion of the split portion of the retaining ring (8) or the sensor case (5), in the circumferential direction, to stop the rotation of the outer ring (4).
