Abstract:
Provided is bedding that enables comfortable sleep. The present invention is provided with: a surface layer cushion material 1100 which has air permeability in the thickness direction and the surface direction, and has the front surface side serving as a contact surface with a human body; and a bed interior environment control means which forms an air flow inside the surface layer cushion material 1100 is arranged under the surface cushion material. Accordingly, air inside the surface layer cushion material 1100 is not only vented in the thickness direction, but also spreads in the surface direction, an air layer inside the surface layer cushion material 1100 is controlled to be a predetermined temperature or humidity, or have a predetermined air flow, and a temperature gradient, humidity gradient, or air flow gradient is generated between the air layer inside the surface layer cushion material 1100 and an air layer around the human body supported by the surface cushion material 1100. Consequently, gentle air movement is generated between the air layer around the human body and the air layer inside the surface layer cushion material 110, the bed interior environment (temperature, humidity, or air flow) is gently controlled to be a suitable condition, and comfortable sleep is enabled.
