Abstract:
Provided are a bee feed containing astaxanthin and a hydrophilic colloid, and a preparation method thereof. The bee feed comprises a bee feed base, astaxanthin, a hydrophilic colloid, ethanol and water, and is formed according to a certain preparation method. The resulting bee feed containing astaxanthin and the hydrophilic colloid can be preserved for a long time, and has less nutrient loss. Chronically feeding bees with the bee feed can effectively increase production of royal jelly and a quantity of larvae and extend lives of bees.
