Disclosed is a beer cask cooling inverter system, comprising a housing (10). The housing (10) is provided with a beer delivery system (1) and a cooling system (2) therein. The beer delivery system (1) comprises a beer pipeline (11) and a power source (12) used to draw beer from a beer cask (200) into the beer pipeline (11). An outlet of the beer pipeline (11) is installed with an alcohol dispensing switch (6), and an inlet of the beer pipeline (11) is installed with an engagement assembly which is connected to an alcohol outlet of the beer cask (200). After the alcohol dispensing switch (6) and the power source (12) are turned on, beer is driven by the power source (12) to enter the beer pipeline (11) from the beer cask (200). While beer in the beer pipeline (11) is flowing to the alcohol dispensing switch (6), the beer undergoes heat exchange with the cooling system (2) and a temperature thereof decreases. After the beer passes through the thin and long beer pipeline (11), the beer becomes cool and flows out from the alcohol dispensing switch (6), thereby meeting a consumer demand for tap beer. This approach is simpler and less time consuming than transferring beer to other containers and performing centralized cooling.
