Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a beer-flavored beverage, the method comprising a mixing step for mixing a beer-flavored starting liquid, an edible aqueous solution, and a cooling agent. The method satisfies conditional expression (1). Conditional expression (1): 0.1 ≤ ratio (X) ≤ 3.0 (where ratio (X) is the total weight (g) of cooling agent/total volume (mL) of beer-flavored starting liquid and edible aqueous solution).
