Abstract:
A beer-taste beverage comprising 3-mercaptohexan-1-ol (3MH), wherein the mass ratio (3MH(ppt)/α-acid(ppm)) of the content of 3MH relative to the content of α-acid is at least 180. The present invention makes it possible to provide a tasty beer-taste beverage which has a mellow grapefruit flavor and in which unwanted bitterness from hops is reduced.
