Abstract:
Disclosed is a bellows pump provided with a bellows (5) capable of being axially extended and contracted. The peripheral wall (5a) of the bellows (5) is formed by alternately connecting a plurality of axially side-by-side arranged rectilinear walls (51A, 51B) by mountain-shaped walls (52) and valley-shaped walls (53). A portion (first mountain-shaped wall portion (51A)) of a mountain-shaped wall (52), the portion being located on the side facing the direction in which the bellows (5) extends, has a reinforcement portion (52C) having a wall thickness (T1) greater than the wall thickness (T2) of a portion (second mountain-shaped wall portion (52B)) of the mountain-shaped wall (52), the portion being located on the side facing the direction in which the bellows (5) contracts. The reinforcement portion (52C) is the entire portion excluding the boundary between the first mountain-shaped wall portion (52A) and the second mountain-shaped portion (52B) and also excluding the boundary between the first mountain-shaped wall portion (52A) and the rectilinear wall (51A).
