Abstract:
Provided are a belt accessory that can be easily attached to and detached from a belt body without adhesion or fusion, and a belt equipped with the belt accessory. The belt accessory comprises: a contour addition body 12A that adds a protruding contour to one side surface of a belt body 2A which has the one side surface, another side surface on the reverse side from the one side surface, and a through hole that passes through the one side surface to the other side surface 5; and a fixing body 14A that is disposed on the other side surface and removably fixes the contour addition body 12A to the belt body 2A. Either the contour addition body 12A or the fixing body 14A has a male engagement portion 18 that is passed through the through hole that passes through thickness direction of the belt body 2A, and the other has a female engagement portion 16 that engages with the male engagement portion 18. The female engagement portion 16 has an opening that receives the male engagement portion 18 on the surface 33 intersecting the longitudinal direction of the belt body 2A.
