Abstract:
A belt conveyor device where assembleability of a belt is improved and adjustment
of belt meandering is facilitated. The belt conveyor device has a base, the belt
for conveying an object placed on it, a roller for applying tension to the belt,
and an installation mechanism for installing the shaft of the roller so that the
position of the shaft is adjustable. The installation mechanism has a bracket
fixed at both ends of the shaft of the roller and having a long hole extending in
the movement direction of the bracket, and fastening means for fixing the bracket
to a base by using the long hole in the bracket. A butting surface is provided at
the base, and the shaft is butted against the butting surface with tension applied
to the belt.
