Abstract:
In the present invention a drive pulley (23) is rotated by a motor (22). A belt (24) is wound around the drive pulley (23) and a driven pulley (25), and the rotation of the drive pulley (23) is transmitted to the driven pulley (25). A rotation speed detection unit (27) detects the rotation speed of the driven pulley (25). An abnormality detection processing unit (161) detects an abnormality in the belt (24) on the basis of variation in the rotation speed of the driven pulley (25) as detected by the rotation speed detection unit (27).
