Abstract:
A belt pulley powder metallurgy preparation method, specifically comprising: uniformly mixing 1-5 parts of a graphite powder, 5-10 parts of an electrolytic copper powder, 2-8 parts of palmitic acid, 5-8 parts of nickel oxide, 50-98 parts of a reduced iron powder, 1-5 parts of manganese sulfide, 5-10 parts of chromium powder, 0.2-0.5 parts of tin powder, 0.5-1 part of micronized wax and 0.2-0.5 parts of a reinforcing agent; pressing the mixture to form a blank of a pre-set shape under the pressure of 60-70 MPa; feeding said product blank into a sintering electric furnace and sintering same into a semi-finished part; subjecting the semi-finished part to oil immersion, steam treatment, and cleaning to obtain a finished product. The raw material composition of the belt pulley is less polluting to the environment, and said method simplifies production steps and improves the production efficiency.
