Abstract:
A belt replacement bracket for a belt conveyor and a belt replacement method. The belt replacement bracket for the belt conveyor is provided with a door-shaped bracket body. The door-shaped bracket body is provided with a replacement assembly. The replacement assembly comprises a driving motor (1), a first driving gear (2), a second driving gear (3), an upper driven gear (4), a lower driven gear (5), an inner belt (6), an outer belt (7), an upper support roller (8) and a lower support roller (9). The door-shaped bracket body comprises a transverse support (10), a left support (11) and a right support (12). A new belt (13) for replacement is wound on the upper support roller (8) and an old belt (14) is wound on the lower support roller (9). The driving motor (1) drives the upper support roller (8) and the lower support roller (9) to rotate synchronously such that the new belt (13) is released from the upper support roller (8) and the old belt (14) is wound on the lower support roller (9).
