Abstract:
A belt-type agitating multilevel sludge drying device with recycled secondary steam,
includes a main body (4), a feeding mechanism provided on the top of the main body
(4), and a discharging mechanism provided at the bottom of the main body (4). A
hopper (1) is set on the feeding mechanism. Multi-layer rectangle hollow trays
are provided inside the main body (4). Three rims of the hollow tray are connected in
matching and fixed way with the inner wall of the main body (4). Another rim forms a
discharging outlet (5) with the inner wall of the main body (4). The discharging outlet
(5) of each layer of hollow tray is alternately provided on the two opposite rims
of the hollow tray. A sludge evaporator cell (11) is set in the space over each layer
of the hollow tray. The hollow tray comprises a top heating board (10) and a bottom
separating board (8). The top heating board (10) and the bottom separating board
(8) are connected by vertical baffles (9) to form a heating source media flow passage
(6). The start edge of the heating source media flow passage (6) in bottom layer
is connected to a heat source by pipeline. The sludge evaporator cell (11) in top
layer is connected to outside by pipeline. The start edges of the heating source
media flow passages (6) in other layersare connected to the lower sludge evaporator
cells (11) by pipeline. A belt-type delivery mechanism (3) is provided on the
upper portion of each layer of hollow tray.
