Title:
BELT-TYPE STEPLESS TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/119748
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A belt-type stepless transmission which is reduced in size using a simple configuration and can accurately detect an actual transmission ratio. A belt-type stepless transmission (30) has a measurement surface (34h) formed at the outer peripheral end section (34e) of a movable sheave (34b), and also has a displacement sensor (90) provided so as to be spaced from the outer peripheral end section (34e), the displacement sensor (90) measuring the distance between the measurement surface (34h) and the displacement sensor (90). The measurement surface (34h) is formed in such a manner that the distance (H) between the measurement surface (34h) and the displacement sensor (90) changes as the movable sheave (34b) moves in the axial direction.
