Abstract:
Disclosed is a beltless walking beam oil pumping unit, comprising a base (6), a support (8), a walking beam (9), a connection rod (13), a connection rod shaft (7), a crank (14), an output shaft (15), a gearbox (1), and an electric motor (4), wherein one side of the base (6) is a support (8) and the other side is provided with the gearbox (1); a human ladder is fixed to the support (8), an upper part of the support (8) is connected to the walking beam (9), one end of the walking beam (9) is provided with a walking beam balancing block (10), and the other end is connected to an oil pumping rod; a groove beam (11) is fixed to a lower part of the walking beam balancing block (10), the groove beam (11) is connected to the connection rod (13) via a groove beam shaft (12), the connection rod (13) is connected to an output shaft (15) via the connection rod shaft (7) and the crank (14); the output shaft (15) is fixed on one side of the gearbox (1), the gearbox (1) is a gear transmission, one side of an upper part of the gearbox (1) is respectively provided with a shifting handle (2) and a braking handle (3), the other side of the gearbox (1) is the electric motor (4), an inner side of the electric motor (4) is connected with a coupling, the coupling being connected to a gearbox body, and the shifting handle (2) being speed adjustable; the gearbox (1) comprises variable gears (23, 26, 19, 20, 25), speed reduction gears (16, 17, 18), an output shaft gear (21), and an elastic coupling (22); and the variable gears have five levels, and the speed reduction gears have three levels. The advantages are that the power of the electric motor is reduced by 50% compared with the power of a primary electric motor, pure mechanical speed adjustment is sturdy and durable and has a strong reliability, greatly reducing the probability of the electric motor being stolen frequently.
