Abstract:
A bendable solar panel, comprising a support (1) and a back plate (2) provided on the support (1). A plurality of EVA layers (3), two flexible composite films (4), an ETFE layer (5), and a cell sheet (6) are integrally laminated on the back plate (2); one EVA layer in the plurality of EVA layers (3) is provided between the back plate (2) and one of the two flexible composite films (4); the cell sheet (6) is formed by assembling a plurality of photoelectric conversion sheets (61) arranged in a matrix. A multi-layer flexible composite film (4) is provided between the back plate (2) and the support (1), and the flexible composite film (4) is used for replacing existing common EPE cotton plate structures; moreover, a PCB is removed, and the problem that the solar panel cannot be bent is solved while the weight of the panel is reduced, thereby improving the portability of the solar panel.
