Abstract:
A bending-diameter-adjustable bending die device suitable for multiple pipes in one die, comprising a control drive portion (3), a tapered wheel mechanism (1) and a supporting bending die mechanism (2); a curvature adjustment hydraulic cylinder (12) of the control drive portion adjusts the movement of a driven tapered wheel (5) in the tapered wheel mechanism, a bending die drive motor (13) adjusts the rotation of a driving tapered wheel (4) and the driven tapered wheel connected to the driving tapered wheel by means of a spline shaft (6), strip-shaped grooves are uniformly formed on tapered surfaces of the two tapered wheels, and supporting sheets (9) of the supporting bending die mechanism are mounted in the strip-shaped grooves of the two tapered wheels and can move therein, the plurality of supporting sheets form a supporting ring, and an elastic sheet fixing ring (10) enables the supporting sheets to abut against the two tapered wheels. Further disclosed is a bending diameter adjustment method for the bending die device. In the bending die device, by adjusting the position of the driven tapered wheel, the positions of the supporting sheets are changed under a combined action of a thrust force generated by the pressing of the driving tapered wheel and the driven tapered wheel and an elastic force generated by the stretching of the elastic sheet fixing ring, the distance from an axis of a pipe material to a bending die rotation axis is changed, such that the radius of curvature is changed, and continuous curvature changing is achieved.
