Abstract:
The present invention is a ridging system (10) associated with the bending body of a bending group (20) and having a drive unit (11) and a drive transfer part (12) moved by said drive unit (11), wherein a precessor buckling rod (14) is provided where the movement, provided by said drive unit (11), is transformed into a buckling movement in direction +w, and a successor buckling rod (16) is provided which transforms the movement of said precessor buckling rod (14) into a buckling movement in direction -w and which provides buckling of the bending body.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A ridging system (10) associated with the bending body of a bending group (20) and having a drive unit (1 1 ) and a drive transfer part (12) moved by said drive unit (1 1 ), wherein a precessor buckling rod (14) is provided where the movement, provided by said drive unit (1 1 ), is transformed into a buckling movement in direction +w, and a successor buckling rod (16) is provided which transforms the movement of said precessor buckling rod (14) into a buckling movement in direction -w and which provides buckling of the bending body.

2. The ridging system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein a buckling transfer cylinder (15) is provided which realizes movement transfer between said precessor buckling rod (14) and said successor buckling rod (16).

3. The ridging system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein said precessor buckling rod (14) and said successor buckling rod (16) have thread embodiments which are opposite to each other.

4. The ridging system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein movement transfer elements (13) are provided between the precessor buckling rod (14) and the drive transfer part (12).

5. The ridging system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein buckling transfer elements (17) are provided at the continuation of the successor buckling rod (16).

Description:
A BENDING GROUP RIDGING SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a ridging system in order to prevent ridging which occurs during bending of sheets in bending groups of press brakes.

PRIOR ART

Today, press brakes are machines which are frequently used in processing of sheet plates. In press brakes, in order to realize bending of sheet plates, there is a lower mold having a bending inlet and there is an upper mold which moves downwardly and upwardly on said lower mold. Bending process is obtained by application of pressure by means of a specific force onto the lower mold. However, sometimes since the upper mold and the lower mold cannot realize complete closing at every point, ridged parts occur on the bent sheet.

Elimination of the formal differences resulting from ridging on the bent sheets requires realization of correction processes on the parts. These correction processes lead to part loss, and moreover, they lead to increase of the production duration and costs. Additionally, decrease in product quality occurs.

As a result, because of all of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bending region ridging system related to a press brake, for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.

An object of the present invention is to provide a bending region ridging system in order to prevent ridging at any region of the sheet plate bent in the press brake. Another object of the present invention is to provide a ridging system which provides realization of sensitive and realiable bending processes with desired dimensions without needing an additional correction process.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a ridging system which provides ridging process without any intervention and contact of the operator.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a ridging system which provides realization of bending process with production quality requested in sectors where mass production is realized.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a ridging system with shortened production durations and with reduced production costs.

In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a ridging system associated with the bending body of a bending group and having a drive unit and a drive transfer part moved by said drive unit. Accordingly, the subject matter ridging system comprises a precessor buckling rod where the movement, provided by said drive unit, is transformed into a buckling movement in direction +w, and a successor buckling rod is provided which transforms the movement of said precessor buckling rod into a buckling movement in direction -w and which provides buckling of the bending body. Thus, the ridging which occurs during bending by means of buckling obtained in the bending region is prevented.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a buckling transfer cylinder is provided which realizes movement transfer between said precessor buckling rod and said successor buckling rod.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said precessor buckling rod and said successor buckling rod have thread embodiments which are opposite to each other. Thus, the buckling movement of the precessor buckling rod in direction +w is transformed into the buckling movement of the buckling rod in direction -w.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, movement transfer elements are provided between the precessor buckling rod and the drive transfer part. Thus, the movement obtained from the drive unit is guided to the precessor buckling rod. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, buckling transfer elements are provided at the continuation of the successor buckling rod. Thus, the buckling movement of the successor buckling rod in -w direction is transferred to the bending body.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Figure 1 is a representative general view of the subject matter ridging system and of the bending region regarding the related press brake.

Figure 2 is a representative general view of the subject matter ridging system.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the subject matter ridging system (10) is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.

In Figure 1 , the general view of the bending group (20) of the press brake is given, and by means of the subject matter ridging system (10) associated to the bending group (20), buckling is provided in the bending body, and ridging occurrence during the bending process is prevented. With reference to Figure 2, the ridging system (10), of which the general view is given, comprises a drive unit (1 1 ), a drive transfer part (12) connected to said drive unit (1 1 ), movement transfer elements (13) provided at the continuation of said drive transfer part (12), a precessor buckling rod (14) and a successor buckling rod (16) where said movement transfer elements (13) transfer the movement received from the drive transfer part (12), and buckling transfer elements (17) which guide the movement of said successor buckling rod (16) to the bending body.

The drive unit (1 1 ) comprises a drive element (1 1 1 ) and a revolution reduction element (1 12) which provides reduction of the revolution, received from said drive element (1 1 1 ), in a manner fed to the drive transfer part (12). Said revolution reduction element (1 12) transfers the movement, provided by the drive element (1 1 ), to a drive gear (121 ) provided at the drive transfer part (12). In the drive transfer part (12), there is a chain (122) which receives movement from said drive gear (121 ) and there is a movement transfer gear (123) where said chain (122) transfers movement. Said movement transfer gear (123) transfers the movement, obtained from the drive element (1 1 ), to the movement transfer elements (13). The movement transfer elements (13) transfer the movement, guided by the drive element (1 1 ), to said precessor buckling rod (14). The precessor buckling rod (14) realizes buckling in a direction +w by means of the guided movement. The buckling movement of the precessor buckling rod (14) is transferred to the successor buckling rod (16) through a buckling transfer cylinder (15), and the successor buckling rod (16) having thread embodiment which is opposite to the precessor buckling rod (14) realizes a buckling in direction -w. The buckling movement provided by the successor buckling rod (16) is transferred to the bending body by the buckling transfer elements (17), and buckling is realized in the bending body. Thus, ridging in the bent sheet is prevented.

The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
