Abstract:
A bending and molding mechanism comprising a base (1), transverse slide rails (2) arranged on the base, two transverse sliding bases (3) slidably arranged on the transverse slide rails, transverse driver apparatus (4) arranged on the base for driving the transverse sliding bases, a center clamping apparatus (5) arranged on the base between the two transverse sliding bases and capable of clamping tight a cable and rotating around the central axis of the cable, longitudinal slide rails (6) correspondingly arranged on the transverse slide bases, longitudinal sliding bases (7) correspondingly arranged on the longitudinal slide rails, longitudinal driver apparatus (8) correspondingly arranged on the transverse sliding bases for driving the longitudinal sliding bases into sliding, bending and molding apparatus (9) correspondingly arranged on the longitudinal sliding bases, a left clamping apparatus (10) arranged on one side of the transverse sliding base on the left in proximity to the center clamping apparatus and movably extendable for clamping a cable, and a right clamping apparatus (11) arranged on one side of the transverse sliding base on the right in proximity to the center clamping apparatus and movably extendable for clamping the cable. The present apparatus is structurally simple and allows a pipe or the cable to be bent at either extremity thereof to different bending angles and different bending radii.
