Abstract:
A bending rigidity test device for a metal rubber bearing (20) in a high and low temperature environment. The device comprises a pre-compression tool (21), which is used for fixing the metal rubber bearing (20) and providing an axial pre-compression amount and is enclosed in a thermal insulation box (6), wherein the pre-compression tool (21) comprises two compression frames, which are relatively spaced apart by means of an outer fixing frame (19) and are vertically arranged; two opposite side surfaces of the two compression frames are each provided with two support plates vertically spaced apart; a horizontal loading shaft (18) passes between the two compression frames, and the four support plates are respectively located on the outside of the loading shaft (18); one end of the loading shaft (18) extends out of one side wall of the thermal insulation box (6) to connect to a torque sensor (17); the torque sensor (17) is connected to an external shaft by means of a connecting device of a hydraulic actuating cylinder (3); the other end of the loading shaft (18) extends out of the other side wall of the thermal insulation box (6) to connect to an angle sensor (22); the hydraulic actuating cylinder (3) is vertically arranged to apply a load to make the loading shaft (18) rotate, and a bending moment is applied to the metal rubber bearing (20), so that the metal rubber bearing (20) bends; and the thermal insulation box (6) is connected, by means of a closed-loop air duct, to a high-low-temperature test box (9), which is configured to supply high-low-temperature air to the inside of the thermal insulation box. A bending rigidity test can be effectively carried out on the metal rubber bearing (20).
