Abstract:

A bending roll machine which can produce a small diameter long pipe by preventing barrel type deformation of the pipe at the time of roll bending. The pipe is produced by pressing a roll against a core roll and feeding a metal plate to the contact part thereby bending the metal plate. The bending roll machine comprises a metallic core roll, and a plurality of press rolls having elastic surface part disposed around the core roll. Alternatively, the bending roll machine comprises a metallic core roll, a plurality of metallic press rolls disposed around the core roll to touch the core roll at the time of bending a metal plate, and an elastic guide belt interposed between the core roll and each of the plurality of press rolls to pass between the side for pulling in the metal plate and the surface of the core roll on the opposite side and being driven synchronously with the core roll.
