Abstract:
A bent rear end part cutting mechanism, which is provided on one side end part of a bending mould and comprises a main fixing plate (1), a positioning and clamping assembly (2), a cutting assembly (3) and a bending angle adjustment assembly (4); the positioning and clamping assembly (2) is provided on one side of the main fixing plate (1), the cutting assembly (3) is provided at the upper end of the main fixing plate (1), the bending angle adjustment assembly (4) is provided on the main fixing plate (1), and the bending angle adjustment assembly (4) comprises an inward-outward rotation angle adjustment assembly and a left-right rotation angle adjustment assembly, the inward-outward rotation angle adjustment assembly and the left-right rotation angle adjustment assembly being used for adjusting the main fixing plate (1) in the inward-outward direction and left-right direction, respectively. Said mechanism has the advantages of a simple structure, accurate and reliable positioning, angle adjustability and good adaptability. By using the positioning and clamping assembly (2), a clamping action is achieved, realizing a positioning function in the next procedure (milling), and after cutting, the mechanism can be completely retreated without occupying space, ensuring the quality of a cut product in the subsequent procedure.
