Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bent rotor straightening method using low frequency induction heating, and a bent rotor straightening apparatus using same. A bent rotor straightening method using low frequency induction heating according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: calculating a heating rate in accordance with setting of a first target temperature for straightening a bent rotor by means of low frequency induction heating; in performing primary heat treatment straightening at the heating rate, retaining for a heating time determined in accordance with the diameter of the rotor at the first target temperature when the first target temperature is reached; confirming whether or not the bending amount of the rotor reaches a predetermined threshold in accordance with the result of the primary heat treatment straightening; and ending the straightening of the bent rotor in accordance with the confirmation result of the bending amount of the rotor.
