Abstract:

The present invention relates to a benzimidazolone-based cinnamamide derivative as a TRPV1 ligand and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of pain containing same as an active ingredient. Example compounds provided in one aspect of the present invention can block TRPV1 activation by capsaicin, which is an activator of a TRPV1 receptor, while ameliorating pain and effectively reducing side effects such as abnormal body temperature by inducing appropriate inhibition of about 20% to 80% of pH.
