Abstract:

The present application has disclosed benzopyran compounds of formula (I) and their pharmacologically acceptable inorganic salts or organic salts, in which the bond between 3- and 4- position can be a single bond or a double bond. When the said bond is a single bond, conformation of 4-carbon atom can be R or S or isomer and the substitutes are defined as description. The present application also provides the preparation method of such compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds as active ingredient which are used to treat II type diabetes and its complication.
