When a coupling protrusion (30) and a coupling recess (32) provided in a bevel head (14) and a tool body (12) are fitted and then the tool body (12) is rotated relatively to the bevel head (14) in the rotational direction of a tool, two sets of serrations (34a, 36a) provided in the coupling protrusion (30) and the coupling recess (32) are meshed to prevent the bevel head (14) from being drawn out, and abutting surfaces (44a, 44b) are made to abut each other thus defining a fixing phase. Consequently, the bevel head (14) can be attached and detached easily and quickly by one touch, and when the tool body (12) is rotated relatively to the bevel head (14) up to a fixing phase under a state where two sets of serrations (34a and 36a, 34b and 36b) are meshing, adhesion surfaces (46a, 46b) at two places are made to adhere with a predetermined press load, and thereby the bevel head (14) is prevented from loosening or shaking due to friction of the adhesion surfaces (46a, 46b) thus bringing about rigidly fastened state stably also when a tool is used.
