Abstract:

A beveled disc stepless transmission; the driving beveled disc and driven beveled disc thereof respectively consist of a moving beveled disc and pressure beveled disc as a pair; the pressure mechanism thereof is comprised of an end surface cam pressure mechanism disposed on the back of at least one of a driving shaft pressure beveled disc and a driven shaft pressure beveled disc; the speed regulation mechanism consists of a speed regulation shaft and a hollow bolt and nut respectively disposed on the back of the driving shaft moving beveled disc and the driven shaft moving beveled disc; the hollow bolt and nut are a ball screw structure or a sliding spiral structure; the speed regulation shaft and constant ratio transmission mechanism allow the conversion relationship between the axial movement of the speed regulation shaft to the driving shaft moving beveled disc and the axial movement of the speed regulation shaft to the driven shaft moving beveled disc to be i1=i2, ensuring that the driving shaft moving beveled disc and the driven shaft moving beveled disc shaft move synchronously, at the same speed and in the same direction. The end surface cam pressure mechanism and the speed regulation mechanism of the transmission are spatially separated to reduce the axial size of the pressure mechanism; the end surface cam pressure mechanism is utilized to realize forward and reverse pressure; and the pressure can be adjusted in real time along with the transmission torque, thus having high transmission efficiency; and the system has a long service life and high reliability.
