Abstract:
A beverage bottle sorting device, comprising a sorting tray (1), as well as a feed channel (2) and a discharge channel (3) which are in communication with the sorting tray (1); the sorting tray (1) is provided thereon with a guiding turntable (4); an annular array on a circumference of the guiding turntable (4) is provided with a plurality of clamping indents (41) which adaptively fit to a beverage bottle; a defective product channel (5) is provided adjacent to the side of the discharge channel (3); a detection sensor (6) and a rotary lever (7) are further arranged above the clamping indents (41) of the guiding turntable (4); the rotary lever (7) is arranged to the side of the connection between the defective product channel (5) and the sorting tray (1). The beverage bottle sorting device is capable of automatically sorting out beverage bottles which have defective caps, so as to reduce labor intensity and increase automation of beverage production equipment.
