Abstract:
A beverage brewing mechanism includes a brewing chamber, a pressure relief valve (90) connected with the brewing chamber, and a driving mechanism (40) for driving the brewing chamber and the pressure relief valve (90) to open or close. The brewing mechanism also includes an injection mechanism for injecting hot water into the brewing chamber. The pressure relief valve (90) includes a valve body (91), a pressure relief interface (92) and a brewing chamber interface (93) which are arranged on the valve body (91), a valve rod (94) arranged in the valve body (91) for connecting or disconnecting the pressure relief interface (92) and the brewing chamber interface (93). The pressure relief valve (90) is only used for pressure relief, and high pressure hot water is injected into the brewing chamber by the injection mechanism independent of the pressure relief valve (90). Therefore, to some extent, negative effects of the current pressure release valve due to "one valve for two purposes" can be avoided and reliability and safety of the pressure release valve can be increased. Moreover, a beverage making device with the beverage brewing mechanism is provided.
