Technical Field

[I] The present invention relates to a beverage container, and more particularly to a beverage container comprises an injection hole that can joined to a nipple coupling portion for inserting an infant nipple (pacifier).

[2]

Background Art [3] Conventionally, in feeding beverages (such as soybean milks and/or other beverages for infants) or dry milk sold in liquid state to infants who cannot use a straw, the beverages or dry milk must be poured into a separate nursing bottle. [4] In this case, the nursing bottle must be boiled or washed many times, which is an exacting labor to mothers who bring up infants. [5] Particularly in case of going out with infants for a long time, mothers or any other person who takes care of infants should take the nursing bottle for feeding the infant beverages to the infants separately, which lays a burden on mothers because of increased load. [6] Besides, there are many problems such as water pollution resulted from synthetic detergents which are used for washing the nursing bottles or endocrine disruptor, which is generated from the nursing bottles when the nursing bottles are boiled, have adverse effects on the infants. [7]

Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a beverage container that saves troubles of washing the nursing bottles whenever one feeds beverages to infants, lifts burdens in case of going out with infants for a long time, and can keep the beverages for a long time. [9]

Technical Solution [10] In order to achieve the object above mentioned, the present invention provides a beverage container which comprises a body accommodating a beverage; a joining portion that links to the body accommodating the beverage and is screwed to a nipple of a nursing bottle, wherein the body is made of a metallic can or a tetra-pack.

[I I] It is characterized that the body accommodating the beverage is a regular hexahedron, a cylinder, an inwardly-curved cylinder, a configuration that has an

echelon-shaped front that is lengthwise and narrows downwardly and a triangular side, an octagonal or an hexagonal side, or an echelon-shaped front. [12] Beside, it is characterized that the beverage container, which accommodates the beverage for infants and comprises a connecting portion joined to a coupling portion for inserting an infant nipple, is accommodated in a protection box with an opening portion. [13]

Advantageous Effects

[14] Accordingly, because the beverage container according to the present invention comprises an injector (connecting portion) that is joined to the coupling portion of the infant nipple, it is unnecessary to use an separate the nursing bottle in case of feeding the beverage to infants and it is possible to lighten the load in case of going out with infants for a long time.

[15] Besides, since the beverage container is directly used without pouring the beverage into the nursing bottle, it is possible to save water and detergent that are used for washing the nursing bottle, and therefore to reduce water pollution.

[16] Moreover, in case the beverage container according to the present invention is made of a vacuum-pack, can, or tetra-pack, it is possible to keep the beverage for a long time and sells it. Therefore, the manufacturer can keep the beverage poured into the container without being concerned about stocks, and users are able to purchase several containers at one time and to travel for a long time because the beverages poured into the container are gone bad.

[26]

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[27] - Example 1 -

[28] Figure 1 is a perspective view that shows a beverage container according to the

First Example of the present invention and Figure 2 is a drawing that shows a coupling portion into which an infant nipple is inserted.

[29] As shown in Figure 1, the beverage container 100 according to the present invention comprises a hexahedral- shaped body 102 which accommodates a beverage (soybean milk, milk, or any other infant beverage) and a cylindrical- shaped injection hole 104, which is a connecting portion. One or more prominences 106 of a screw thread are formed along the outer circumference of the connecting portion 104. (According to circumstances, it is possible to form one or more depressions of a screw thread along the circumference of the connecting portion)

[30] Preferably, the injection hole 104 is formed so that it can be joined to a nipple- coupling portion 112 that is inserting a nipple or a pacifier of the general nursing bottle, as shown in Figure 2.

[31] In this case, the injection hole 104 of the beverage container 100 is made of a material that is processed into the screw-threaded prominence 106 with ease and that is not reactive with the beverage poured within the body 102 of the beverage container 100.

[32] Moreover, the body 102 of the beverage container 100 is made of materials that can accommodate beverages such as metals, synthetic resins, glass, plastics, or tetra-packs of aluminum, paper, or paper coated aluminum in one face. Particularly, metallic can or tetra-pack is preferable because it can keep the beverage for a long time without spoiling the beverages.

[33] Hereinafter, it will be explained about the injection hole of the beverage container, referring to Figures 3 and 4.

[34] Figure 3 is an enlarged drawing that shows only the injection hole of the beverage container and Figure 4 is a drawing that shows a lid that is joined to the injection hole of the beverage container.

[35] As mentioned above, the injection hole 104, which has a side of a screw-threaded prominence 106 connec table to the infant nipple-coupling means (112 in Figure 2), can be made of plastic that is not reactive with the beverage (not shown) and has a pliability or flexibility. The top of the injection hole 104 can form a structure sealed by a thin film 130 of aluminum. In this case, an opening means A is attached to the thin film 130 for removing the thin film 130.

[36] Besides, a lid 140 that can be put on the injection hole (104 in Figure 3) and that

joined to the injection hole 104 through a screw-threaded depression (not shown) that is formed inside of the lid 140, as shown in Figure 4. When the lid 140 is used, the sealing film 130 may not be required.

[37]

[38] Figure 5 is a drawing that shows a configuration of connecting the beverage container according to the present invention to the nipple coupling portion. As shown in Figure 5, it is possible to feed the beverages to the infants with ease by just joining the commonly used nipple-coupling portion 112 to the injection hole (not shown) of the beverage container 100 according to the First Example of the present invention.

[39] Since the beverage container having the injection hole, which is a connecting portion connectable to the nipple-coupling portion as mentioned above, there is no need to use a separate nursing bottle each time a person feeds the beverage to the infant who start to eat weaning diet and therefore, a person who take cares of the infants can lessen the burden of loads in going out with the infants for a long time.

[40] Besides, since the beverage container itself is used instead of a separate nursing bottle, it is possible to save water used for washing the nursing bottle and to save the detergent used in washing the nursing bottle. Therefore, it is possible to reduce water pollution resulted from the detergent.

[41] Especially, there is no need to being worry about Endocrine Disruptor generated in case of boiling the nursing bottle.

[42]

[43] - Example 2

[44] Figures 6 to 8 show respectively a beverage container according to the Second

Example of the present invention.

[45] As shown in Figure 6, the beverage container 200 for infants according to the present invention has a body 210 that accommodates a beverage and that has a cylindrical shape like a common nursing bottle and an injection hole 212 on the top of the body 210. The injection hole 212 forms a screw-threaded depression along the outer circumference in order to join a coupling portion of an infant nipple.

[46] In this case, the injection hole 212 has a diameter (D) which should form such a size that the coupling portion (112 in Figure 2) of an infant nipple can be joined to it.

[47] Although the beverage container 200 shapes a simply cylindrical formation in

Figure 6, the beverage container 200 forms the body 210 that has inwardly-curved sides so that an infant or a mother can grab it with great ease, as shown in Figure 7.

[48] Also, the body 410 accommodating the beverages has an echelon-shaped front that is lengthwise and narrows downwardly and triangular-shaped sides when the injection hole 412 is headed for the upper direction, as shown in Figure 8.

[49] Besides, the beverage container (500 in Figure 9 or 600 in Figure 10) has a body

(510 in Figure 9 or 610 in Figure 10) of a polygonal formation such as an octagonal- shaped side or a hexagonal-shape side as shown in Figures 9 and 10. In this case, the connecting portion B between the injection hole (512 in Figure 9 or 612 in Figure 10) and the body (510 in Figure 9 or 610 in Figure 10) forms a little slant or predetermined angles as shown the figures or shapes smoothly without the slant or angles.

[50] Moreover, the beverage container 700 according to the present invention may have a body 710 that forms an echelon- shaped front and circular top and bottom, as shown in Figure 11.

[51] Further, the beverage container 800 according to the present invention forms a plurality of projecting portions Cl and C2 along the outside of a body 810 as shown in Figure 12. More specifically, a plurality of ring-shaped projecting portions Cl, each of which is apart from others, are formed along one outer area of the body 810 and a plurality of dot- shaped projecting portions C2 are formed along other outer area of the body. Or, the body 810 may have the plural projecting portions of the same shapes. In this case, the body may have configurations as shown in Figures 6 to 12.

[52] The joining portion B, which is formed between the body and an injection hole with a diameter smaller than the body diameter, in the beverage container shown in Figure 6 to 12 is so slanted that beverages accommodated within the container can be poured out completely.

[53] Moreover, the body of the above-mentioned beverage container may be made of stable materials reactive with the beverage accommodated within the container such as plastics, paper, metallic material such as aluminum, tetra-pack of paper with aluminum coating within the paper. Particularly, metallic can or tetra-pack is preferable because it is possible to keep the beverage for a long time.

[54] In this case, the injection hole of the beverage container may have shapes shown in figures 4 and 5 in the first Example, and a lid joined to such injection holes may be further formed.

[55]

[56] - Example 3 -

[57] Figure 13 is a drawing that shows a beverage container according to the Third

Example of the present invention. In this Example, a beverage container which can keep the infant beverage for a long time after the beverage is accommodated is proposed.

[58] Conventionally, since the infant beverage is made by using only natural materials, it is difficult to keep the beverage for a long time.

[59] Accordingly, in order to such a problem, a beverage container 100 is wrapped with vacuum-pack 900 for keeping the infant beverage for a long time. It is possible to keep the infant beverage for a long time and feed the beverage to the infant more safely.

[60] Figures 14 and 15 are drawing that show another packing formation to keep the beverage container. As shown the figures, a vacuum-packed beverage container 950 or separately vinyl-packed beverage container 950 is formed within protection boxes 910 and 912.

[61] In this case, the protection boxes 910 and 912 shapes as a hexahedron configuration. Besides opening portions 914 and 916 for taking out the beverage container may be formed on the top of the protection box 910 as shown in Figure 14 or along the outside of the protection box 912 as shown in Figure 15.

[62] The opening portions 914 and 916 are a formation of being able to tear off to take out the container, or a lid formation of opening and closing the box.

[63] Such package configurations enable the period of circulation of the beverage accommodated within the beverage container to increase and the beverage itself to keep sanitarily.

[64]

Industrial Applicability

[65] Therefore, according to the beverage container of the present invention, it is unnecessary to use an separate the nursing bottle each time a person feeds the beverage to infant and it is possible to lighten the load in case of going out with infants for a long time.

[66] Besides, it is possible to save water and detergent that are used for washing the nursing bottle, and therefore to reduce water pollution.

[67] Moreover, according to the present invention, since the container may be made of can or tetra-pack, it is possible to keep the beverage for a long time and sells it. Therefore, the manufacturer can keep the beverage poured into the container without being concerned about stocks, and users are able to purchase several containers at one time and to travel for a long time because the beverages poured into the container are gone bad.
