Abstract:
A beverage ingredient storage container having a movable compression plug to puncture a hole comprises an ingredient container (1), and a flow guide plate (2) and a movable compression plug body (3) located therein. The ingredient container (1) comprises an upper opening (11) and a lower opening (12) respectively sealed with a composite film, and is provided with an upper separation and filtration membrane (10) and a lower separation and filtration membrane (13) therein. The upper separation and filtration membrane (10) and the lower separation and filtration membrane (13) form an ingredient cavity therebetween. The flow guide plate (2) is located between the lower separation and filtration membrane (13) and the composite film of the lower opening (12). An upper surface of the flow guide plate (2) is provided with a plurality of flow guide channels (21, 22) in mutual communication. A movable compression plug cylinder (24) is provided at a lower side of the flow guide plate (2). The flow guide plate (2) is provided, at its central portion, with the plurality of flow guide channels (21, 22) in communication and a water passage hole (26) at an upper portion of the movable compression plug cylinder (24). The movable compression plug body (3) can move vertically in the movable compression plug cylinder (24), and has a point at a lower end. The container can store various powdered particles or high-concentration liquid pre-materials, and maintains a stable pressure for dissolution and extraction during a beverage forming process. The height, volume, and bottom shape of the container are not restricted by a holder of a beverage maker, and furthermore, cross-contamination during use is prevented.
