Abstract:
A beverage manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a liquid storage tank (700) that stores a liquid; a heating means (200) that heats the liquid; a tank (510) to which the liquid heated by the heating means is supplied; a liquid supply passage (150), one side of which being connected to the liquid storage tank (700) and the other side forming a supply opening (153) that supplies the liquid to the tank (510); an inlet (111); and an outlet (163). The beverage manufacturing apparatus also includes an air supply passage (160) for supplying air to the inside of the tank (510), and a blower (250) arranged within the air supply passage (160). The outlet (163) is provided such that air is blown toward at least the liquid being supplied from the supply opening (153) to the tank (510) when the liquid heated by the heating means (200) is supplied to the mixing tank (510).
