Abstract:
Provided is a beverage supply apparatus capable of supplying a beverage with a further increase in safety from a sanitation aspect. A beverage supply apparatus 100 has a milk tank 3, a heating device 6 that heats a heating pipe L31 of a milk supply pipe L3 through which a beverage (milk or milk foam) circulates, and a first pump 7. Upon completing supply of the beverage, the beverage supply apparatus 100 fills the milk supply pipe L3 with water and enters a standby state. When the standby state continues for a prescribed time, the beverage supply apparatus 100 drains the water inside the milk supply pipe L3 via a drain pipe L4 and then fills the milk supply pipe L3 with the water again. Further, when a supply instruction is input in the standby state, the beverage supply apparatus 100 drains the water via the drain pipe L4 and ejects the beverage from a beverage ejection port 10 via an exit pipe L33 after discharging the beverage from the drain pipe L4 by a prescribed amount.
