Abstract:
Provided is a beverage supply device with which it is possible, even when a beverage becomes adhered, etc., to a supply channel, to effectively remove the adhered beverage in an effective manner. A beverage supply device for supplying milk to a supply object, in which when a cleaning tank (10) is used instead of a milk tank storing milk, a first pump (P1) and a heating tube (LH) are connected by a first switching valve (SV1), and the heating tube (LH) and a return passage (L4) are connected by a second switching valve (SV2), thereby forming a circulation passage for circulating a cleaning liquid suctioned from the cleaning tank (10) while heating the cleaning liquid, the circulation passage being a circulation pathway comprising the return passage (L4) and a part of a main supply passage (L2).
