Abstract:
A beverage supplying apparatus 1 is provided with: a raw material box 11 which stores a raw material and which, when a selling order has been given, dispenses the raw material by an amount according to the kind of beverage for the selling order; a mill 12 which grinds the raw material dispensed from the raw material box 11; and an drawing vessel 14 which draws the beverage as a result of the raw material being ground by the mill 12 and hot water being added. The beverage supplying apparatus 1 supplies the beverage drawn by the drawing vessel 14, to a cup C. The beverage supplying apparatus 1 is provided with a control unit 40 which accumulates the dispense amount of the raw material in the raw material box 11, and which, when the accumulated value is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, outputs an alarm meaning that a storage box 20 storing the drawing residue resultant from drawing of the beverage by the drawing vessel 14 is full.
