Abstract:
The present application relates to a bias current control device, a radio frequency amplifier, an electronic device, and a chip. The bias current control device comprises: a current detector, which is connected to a preset radio frequency amplifier output stage so as to replicate, at a preset ratio, a bias current of the radio frequency amplifier output stage as a mirror bias current; a feedback current generator, which replicates, at a preset ratio, the mirror bias current as a feedback current; and a bias voltage generator, which, according to the feedback current and a reference voltage, generates a bias voltage for the radio frequency amplifier output stage.
