Abstract:
The present invention achieves high kneading of a material, high dispersion, and low-temperature control. A biaxial continuous kneading extrusion device 10 is provided with: a biaxial kneading feeding part 16 having two path parts 11 and 12 that are disposed in parallel in a state of communicating with each other, and first and second kneading feeding shafts 14 and 15 that are respectively rotatably disposed in the two path parts to knead a supplied material; and a uniaxial screw part 33 having a single path part 31 that receives the material fed from the biaxial kneading feeding part 16, and a separate screw shaft 32 rotatably disposed in the single path part to extrude the material. Each of the first and second kneading feeding shafts 14 and 15 has a mixing rotor 19 formed in at least one axial direction section. In a part of the outer periphery of the mixing rotor, a maximum outer diameter part is formed where the radius of a cross section perpendicular to an axial direction is at a maximum. A chip clearance is formed between the maximum outer diameter part and inner walls of the path parts. The material is sheared when passing through the chip clearance.
