Disclosed is a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film which has excellent dimensional stability and transparency, and can reduce rainbow unevenness even at a wide viewing angle. The biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film has a haze of 7.0% or less, a heat shrinkage ratio at 150ºC of 4.0% or less, a retardation of 1800 nm or less, a fluctuation of retardation in the film width direction of 400 nm/m or less, and an in-plane orientation coefficient ΔP of 0.160 to 0.175.
