The new thing that needs to be protected is the notice - board placed on wheels and dragged by the bicycle in particular. The bicycle and no other thing is the main factor that makes the notice- board moves as our idea is based on protecting the environment and saving in all its aspects. 2- It is generally noticed that the idea of using on attachment is restricted to Vons so as to transport goods. So I come to a conclusion that it would be possible to use the bicycle the drag notice- board instead of transporting goods. As well as using the bicycle to go from one place to another and for entertainment, it can be used as a means of achieving financial benefits and serving public services for the public. 3- Thus , the main aim of the idea is based on making use of the bicycle as a means of advertising which hasn't been used before for this purpose. Besides being a cheap means if compared to others. 4- If we combine the three factors : The bicycle , the attachment and the notice-board , we will come to anew conception means using bicycle for the purpose of advertising and serving public services without doing any harm to the environment and without spending much money to advertise products. |

The new idea involved in the invention in my invention is to connect the notice - board to the bicycle in order to advertise a product or a company rather then transporting goods as it's used in the means of transports that pull on attachment .

Advertising without using such attachment. This can be earned out by fixing the notice - board with a post installed on the bicycle . Thus , the bicycle is used for a new purpose for which it hasn't been used before.
The notice - board can be provided with other small signs , each one stands for a specific free public service for example a sign may read that the cyclist can offer people water to drink if they need so , the cyclist can also give them directions and provide them with any information they need . As well as serving good deeds for the public the bicycle is mainly used for advertising goods and products .
The idea of the invention is greatly based on the bicycle which is self- evident so we don't have to describe it here - the bicycle is connected to a notice - board designed to be shaped like a square , a rectangle , a triangle and so many shapes as desired. The notice - board is connected to the bicycle via a double arm fixed to the rear wheel of the bicycle . The double arm is designed in a very simple technical way to be able t drag and control the notice board as well. At the end of the double arm , there is single arm fixed to the notice - board placed on wheels fixed together in a way which facilitates drawing the notice - board and going after the bicycle whosesoever it goes . When the cyclist use his feet to make the pedals go round , the notice - board normally moves. Not only can this invention be used commercially but also it can be used for offering public services and benevolence for all people for free. It offers many different services such as giving information, saving, even little amount for water to drink, and serving good emergency services such as first aids and extinguishers that are rarely available in streets
