Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bicycle frame having a synthetic resin covering, wherein, by using a tube frame, the bicycle frame can be realized at a low manufacturing cost, be appropriate for mass production, and be easily implemented with high-quality functions optimized for air resistance and allows the implementation of various forms, colors, patterns, and surface textures according to the latest trends therein, even without separate post-treatments, such as painting, coloring, and coating. The bicycle frame comprises: a tube frame composed of metal tubes; and a synthetic resin covering formed integrally on a surface of the tube frame, and the synthetic resin covering is molded by inserting the tube frame into a mold cavity of an insert injection mold and then injecting a molten synthetic resin into the mold cavity.
