A bicycle and a parking control apparatus thereof. The parking control apparatus comprises a lock (5), a parking switch button (13), a bicycle posture detection module (3), an unlock module (4), and a control module (2). The control module (2) has signal connections with the parking switch button (13), the bicycle posture detection module (3), and unlock module (4), and the lock (5). Also, when the bicycle is in an unlocked state and the parking switch button (13) is being depressed to generate a triggering signal, the control module (2) determines, on the basis of bicycle posture information detected by the bicycle posture detection module (3), when the bicycle satisfies a parking criterion and controls the lock (5) to lock the bicycle. When the bicycle is in a locked state, the parking switch button (13) is being depressed to generate the triggering signal, and the unlock module (4) generates a correct unlock instruction, the control module (2) controls the lock (5) to unlock the bicycle. Operations of switching the bicycle between traveling and parking are simplified.
