Abstract:
A bicycle with an integrally formed frame structure comprises a handlebar (1), a front fork (3) and a middle pipe (8), and further comprises an integrally formed profile pipe structure comprising a main beam pipe (41) and rear forks (42, 43) which are integrally formed; wherein a spacer layer (44) symmetrically arranged on left and right sides in the main beam tube; two ends of the main beam tube are bent towards the same direction centering on a lower part of the main beam pipe; the main beam pipe wall at the end of the main beam pipe extends forward from the left and right sides to form a left rear fork (42) and a right rear fork (43); or the main beam pipe and the rear forks are on a same straight line. The integrally formed frame structure improves the frame strength, makes it simple and beautiful; reduces by 80% of the welding volume, saving multiple manufacturing processes and costs.
