Abstract:
The main structural portions of the frame are standardized and are not welded to one another to assemble the frame, thereby enabling the reduction in number of components, the simplification of manufacturing processes, and simple attaching and detaching of various types of security components and accessory components.
An extruded material or a molded material having an integrally molded structure is cut into required lengths and screwed to one another as the main structural portions. As a result, the frame is assembled without welding the main structural portions themselves and the main frame is simultaneously made to be a structure of a single bar having no joint, which distributes the load and realizes the body not using a truss structure. Furthermore, a concave groove is formed in the integrally molded structural material and used to screw or insert the security components and accessory components, which simplifies attaching and detaching of the same.
