Abstract:
The object is to provide a novel compound which has an S1P receptor agonist activity, can fully act as an immunosuppressant, has few adverse side-effects, and can be administered through the oral route. Disclosed is an S1P receptor agonist comprising a compound represented by the general formula (I), a salt thereof, or a solvate of the compound or the salt as an active ingredient. (I) wherein n represents 1, 2, 3 or 4; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group; R2 and R2a independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group, or R2 and R2a may together form a methylene group or an ethylene group; Ar1 represents a bivalent group derived from naphthalene, 1H-indole, 1H-pyrrolopyridine or benzofuran; and Ar2 represents a phenyl group which may have a substituent, a thienyl group which may have a substituent, an 1H-pyrazolyl group which may have a substituent or the like.
